If a restaurant has been standing for as long as 22 years, they must have done the right thing by their customers. Monte Fiore underwent many changes in the past two years, starting from the decoration until the most important thing that a restaurant always focus on: the food. 

Outback Jacks is a chain steakhouse known for its big portion and great price of steak. Their menu is quite big and other than steak you can also find burgers, pasta, salad, chicken and ribs.

XO Tea's tea tasting really opened up my eyes to the beautiful world of hand picked tea leaves, the texture and  intricacy of the oxidation process. I hope this write up will help you understand more about tea.

We enjoyed our time at Sauma and it was quite a relaxing dinner for us. We like the interior at Sauma, the space between each table and the friendliness of the staff. Sauma also offers express tiffin in dabbas which sounds quite interesting.

Core Cider House was a good getaway place for family especially with a huge picnic area and overflows of fresh cider that they have on the tap.

Many of us were not familiar with the Caribbean Cuisine but Chef Ruddy Doutau from Ka'ribbean Corner introduced us to delicious meals such as tender goat curry and well-spiced Jamaican jerk chicken.

The Big 4 came all the way from Sydney and Melbourne so we checked out the awesome food offerings that they had for the Perth's Night Noodle Markets.

Pepper Lunch Victoria Park is the only Pepper Lunch with the soft serve machine and they served a really yummy Super Sundaes with Black Sesame syrup!

Pepper Lunch Barrack St was the first Pepper Lunch that opened in WA. Given the extensive menu, I'm sure there's always something for everyone to try. 

Decorated with industrial lighting and neon signs, Pepper Lunch at Beaux Lane was very spacious and airy compared to the other two restaurants. I think the Vegetarian Menu might work with the locals too ;-)

It is by no way a cheap event to attend but you also purchased an experience of a lifetime. One of the most important thing to do on the night is to take some photos as a proof that the dreamy ephemeral night happened with you in it. 

We had a really enjoyable dinner at Fuyu, a restaurant that served exceptional Modern Asian food.

We were invited to celebrate all things pig in a special limited edition menu that NBC created, called The Butcher & The Chef. WA raised pork was transformed into a range of delicious dishes with different cuts.

Dessert Room is going to change some of their decorations in the upcoming months or so and I will go for their pandan waffle with kaya next time. Yum!

The most famous item from the menu is the golden fried chicken but my taste buds preferred the roasted chicken better.
