Basilico is one of the restaurants available at the Regent Hotel, which is still part of the Four Seasons group. With Headchef Luca Beccali at the helm and a team of staff with great personalities, Basilico is a perfect place to enjoy delicious and fresh Italian buffet.
Dim Sum Buffet at Cherry Garden
The dim sum costs SGD $68 per person and there are two seatings available: 11 AM to 1 PM or 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM.
Din Tai Fung
Andrew and I always wondered how Din Tai Fung (DTF) can consistently keep their rich flavour after opening many branches around the world. We visited a few Din Tai Fung restaurants when we were in Singapore and were blown away by their good quality control. At the same time we also thought that maybe we were just lucky... ;-)
Tiramisu Hero Singapore
Meet Sir Antonio of the Tiramisu Hero Singapore, the cutest mascot for a very quirky cafe! One of the owners of the cafe also owned an uber cool blog filled with beautiful write up that you can check here.
Sanpoutei Ramen Shaw House
I loved my Niigata Shoyu ramen which came with two slices of aburi chashu and flavoured soft-boiled egg. The noodle was chewy, springy and easy to eat. The broth was quite light in texture but rich in flavour.
AEIOU Cafe, King George's Avenue
So, why AEIOU? The concept behind it was because we need to be reminded to go back to basic and nature. The alphabets A, E, I, O, U were the very first vowel that we all learnt when we were little.
Kajiken Mazesoba, Singapore
Kajiken was the first mazesoba (mix noodle) restaurant in Singapore which offers different toppings to add flavours to the bouncy al-dente dry noodle.
Gastro-Art at Restaurant Labyrinth
When you have considered the creativity, mixture of ingredients, presentation and passion that went into each dish, Restaurant Labyrinth is definitely worth the try.
Chye Seng Huat Hardware
The Nitro Black Matter was available on the tap which was really cool! I think each coffee shop in Perth needs to install one of those kegerators. The nitro infused coffee had a really cold, extra creamy feel and quite silky when I drank it.
Whisk and Paddle
Whisk and Paddle is a popular choice for couples, friends, family and cyclists! It was not hard to see why since this cafe was located near a beautiful lush greenery and a river.
Indocafe The White House
I'd easily recommend Indocafe the White House for anyone who's looking to have great Peranakan food in Singapore. The restaurant was quite spacious and can fit about 35 people in one go.
Founder Bak Kut Teh at Balestier
Founder Bak Kut Teh at Balestier always reminded me of great memories I had in Singapore, memories that were spent catching with people that I loved. My last time there was also very memorable with the 24 hours delay of my flight back to Perth!
Carousel Buffet at Royal Plaza on Scotts
The Carousel buffet restaurant has won many awards and voted as the best buffet restaurant in Singapore for 6 years running.
