This is a restaurant that I've visited since my high school days so it was good to see that a lot of people still love it.

For the city workers, Kenko lunch special costs $10 for the rice dishes and $12 for the noodle dishes. I think that night I only tried a tiny portion of what Kenko offered and as I’m writing this review, I know that I’m keen to go back to Kenko for other dishes!

Whether you call the meals in Papparich authentic Malaysian dishes or think of them as an imposter, Papparich has always delivered consistency to their meals and the food speaks for itself.

Our favourite dish was the sambal prawn and it was amazing how most recipes was received from the lady boss (Amy)'s husband's family lineage up to the husband's grandmother. This has allowed each dish to have a very personal history. 

Kitchen Inn is definitely a good place if you’re looking for some East Malaysian food and each dish comes with a good price point. 

Melting Pot is a small restaurant, but the customer service and quality of food that they served was quite top-notch. Find out what we usually ordered there!

One night three other people and I decided to try the restaurant, especially since we were long overdue for a proper catch up! We didn't book the restaurant but finding a spot for four on a weeknight wasn't a fuss at all although we saw two long tables with 'reserved' signage on it (oops).
