Michelin star dim-sum restaurant that’s also centrally located. How does it fare?

Happiness is when another delicious dumpling place opens in Perth, as such the case with Juicy Bao Bao Northbridge.

Yang's Dumpling is an excellent addition to other restaurants in Waterford Plaza. We'll go back for the Pan Fried Pork Buns, but definitely not the Spicy Wonton.

Delicious yum cha feast at Sweetwater Rooftop Bar. There are two seatings available, 11:30 am and 1:30 pm. 

Ping Pang Pong excels in their dumplings especially through their very juicy XLB (Xiao Long Bao). The dumpling skin has perfect and it was very easy to pick it up using chopsticks. Their other dim sum offerings were really delicious too, definitely worth a try.

What was supposed to be a small dinner became quite a big dinner for us and we had a good catch up at Chapas. I am excited to see the full menu as well as the tea degustation that will take place in a month or two.
